Ben Pearson has 30 plus years experience in all aspects of the Irish Commercial Property Market, but with a particular expertise in the Retail Sector. Ben was previously the Agency Partner at DNG Commercial from 1988 to 2006 and then worked with Chris Bogle in Bogle Estates, a niche retail agency practice, until early 2014. Ben has advised a wide range of both developers and investors on a wide range of portfolios throughout Ireland. Retained clients amongst others include Heiton Buckley, Chadwicks, Panelling Centre, Woodies DIY, Carrolls of Dublin Limited, Snap Print, Hickey Fabrics, St. James's Hospital, Tallaght Hospital and Eddie Rockets Ireland. Ben is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
